BOOKING POLICIES
To ensure the best experience for all clients and to respect the time and care put into each appointment, please review the following policies before booking.
Appointments & Booking
All appointments must be booked in advance. A valid credit card is required to secure your appointment. By booking, you agree to all policies outlined below.
If you are unsure which service to book, we recommend starting with our complimentary skin analysis so we can guide you toward the most appropriate treatment.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
We kindly ask for a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for any cancellations or rescheduling.
• Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will result in a 50% charge of the scheduled service
• Same-day cancellations may be charged up to 100% of the service price
• Package sessions canceled late will be deducted from the package
No-Show Policy
Clients who do not show up for their appointment without notice will be charged 100% of the service cost. Repeated no-shows may require prepayment for future bookings.
Late Arrivals
Please arrive on time to ensure you receive the full benefits of your treatment.
• Arrivals more than 10 minutes late may result in a shortened service
• Arrivals more than 15 minutes late may need to be rescheduled and will be treated as a late cancellation
Deposits & Packages
• Deposits are non-refundable and apply toward your service
• Package purchases are non-refundable and non-transferable
• Unused package sessions expire 12 months from the date of purchase
Client Preparation
Please review all pre-treatment guidelines provided prior to your appointment. Failure to disclose medical conditions, medications, or contraindications may result in service refusal without refund for safety reasons.

By booking an appointment, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these policies.
