Cancellation Policy

We kindly ask for a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for any cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will result in a 50% charge of the scheduled service. Same-day cancellations may be charged up to 100% of the service price. Package sessions canceled late will be deducted from the package. Clients who do not show up for their appointment without notice will be charged 100% of the service cost. Repeated no-shows may require prepayment for future bookings. Please review all pre-treatment guidelines provided prior to your appointment. Failure to disclose medical conditions, medications, or contraindications may result in service refusal without refund for safety reasons.
